Brand new construction home in Needham, MA required our expertise due to the client’s sophisticated collection of art from world travels and love of excellence in lighting. Complete lighting plans were created for the entire project including the landscape lighting. A control system was designed for complete smart home control. Energy efficient detail was programmed for lessening the use of all lighting. Accent lighting was carefully specified and planned on for accurate art lighting and various lighting scenes in every room. Wine room lighting was detailed with integrated LED lighting to eliminate any IR or UV. Interior finishes and details were chosen to provide added panache to each space by the anticipated reflectance and absorbance of light on surfaces, where appropriate. This project received a Silver PRISM award from BRAGB.
